Alison Krauss, born in Decatur in Illinois on July 23, 1971, is an incredibly popular and rich Country Singer. LeAnn Kymes, as well as Krauss, were amongst the youngest Grammy Award-winners. Alison Maria Krauss is an American bluegrass and country musician. Her birth date was July 23, 1971. Her career began in the music industry in her early years, as she was a mere 10 years old. When she was 14, she released her debut solo album following signing with Rounder Records. She was then invited to be a part of Alison Krauss Union Station, her current band that she sings with. Her first album in a group with this band came out in the year 1989.
