Lindsey Vonn is an American skier born 18 October 1984. In 2010, she retired after winning 4 World Cup races and the Olympic gold medal in downhill skiing. She ranks second amongst all skiers, male and female on the basis of the highest scores. She is the top skier of all-time and one of the most well-known athletes across her home country of the United States. It is a professional athlete who has earned her name in American culture. There are only six females who have won every one of the five World Cup alpine ski events. She has won more than 80 World Cup titles.
