Sharron Lynne Williams (age 39) died on the 15th of March 2022. The singer was born in Miami on November 11, 1982, to Floyd Williams and Abigail Evans Williams. When she graduated from New World School of the Arts in Miami, she was a student of all kinds of dance. She was awarded several scholarships during the Alvin Ailey Summer Intensive, and then was invited to attend the second company Ailey II. Then, at Florida State University she received an undergraduate degree in Applied Economics as well as an additional Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinar Social Sciences. Recognizing that her abilities, talents and artistic appetite encompass the world of dance and many other fields, she decided to study acting in the Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theater under James Brill. Her work has included TV and film on shows including the HBO series Lovecraft Country, Vinyl, the Netflix original series The Get Down, and Scary Movie 5. Cinderella is her role for the Little Orchestra society production of Cinderella and was performed at Lincoln Center. The previous shows she has performed include tours in Disney's The Lion King in the US and Canada as well as with the Broadway Company.
